Not part of a big story I had but a what if moment where Knuckles got his memories of the old universe restored to him.
Not sure if that'll happen or not but I just wanted to see how it'd be like by doing it myself.
Sonic and Tails decide to head to Angel Island and finally pay Knuckles an old visit. While they swiped conversations, Sonic asked Knuckles if he wanted to see the memories of his previous life. Spooked and confused by this, Knuckles decides to do it and see if this magic would work. With his friend Relic the Pika present for help, Knuckles grabs a taste of reality check..

I wonder, if the comic still continuted, they would allow for knuckles to pair up with relic, even if it's vaughly hinted at. Sega did allow the teasing of the pair by other characters so..
