Dr. Albert W. Wily, the main villian and arch nemesis of the Blue Bomber, Mega Man!
He's a bit of a nut case and has a killer mustache and haircut too!
This is my first submitted of Doc Wily since I've done sketches of him before I drew this render. He's a wonderous character to draw and he's probably one of my favorite video game villians, next to Bowser, Dr. Eggman Robotnik and a few others on my unofficial personal list and byond.
