:Snow-Crossed Lovers:Tutorial

I love it when things come together - the best moment is when you've reached to the special effects, because from there you can apply some shiz that can really spruce up your finished artwork!
This took me about FOUR HOURS to color, make and create, including making this tutorial A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT FOR ME!
