The Speed comes form Mastering the levels.

You're going to speed through it on the first try,

By practicing & memorizing the level,

You can breeze through it. THAT is how you gain the Title as "Fastest thing alive".

As for your friends,

I think they're suffering from all the changes.

Just look at Tails.

He's you PARTNER. Not your Sidekick,

He was premoted to a Hero in his own way since 2000.

When he fought Eggman one on one on the ark.

And he's been sidelined for far to long.

(With Sonic Forces being the worst offender of his Character Assassination.)

He has the same skills as you do.

Would it kill you to not hog the spotlight for even a little?

And a little reminder.

Sonic, You were made to combat Mario.

You're the Bugs Bunny to his Mickey Mouse.

You were made to MOCK the Clean & Safe Mario series.

So WHY are you copying it?

Focus on the World & Friends.
