They Call Me Gumball Part Two Chapter 1

(BWOMP!!) as a portal opens as it floats way above ground level, over Elmore Park.  Immediately Gumball flies out of it, as a white ghost. "ha..ha ha ha! I'm alive!" he said as he opens his eyes. But then, he looks down...

"AAAAAHHHH!!!!!" screamed Gumball as he plummets down like a falling meteorite. Gumball was too scared to think as he prepares for the inevitable. Before he crashes, a lightning fast figure swoops in and catches him, right on time. "I thought cats were supposed to land on their feet..." said "Mirabelle", seemingly unamused. Gumball looks at her with a nervous smile and says "Oops?" The ghost lady chuckles and releases him from her arms.

Gumball is suprised that he can float. "Woah! I'm... a ghost?" asked Gumball. "Of course, in order to do this mission, you must be one with the spirit." said "Mirabelle". "OK! Uh... what does that mean?" asked Gumball. "It means you're dead." she said without missing a heartbeat. "Haha... cool?" said Gumball with a nervous face. "Sorry, kid. Just the way the spell works." said "Mirabelle" in a humorous fashion.

"Well then, that settles it. But what are we doing here at the park?" said Gumball as he looks into the sunset horizon, covered with storm clouds. "We need a place where no one can sees us coming in from the portal. We don't wanna make a scene." said "Mirabelle" cautiously as she says "Come on. Let's get to my house." "Where's it at?" asked Gumball. "Across the city but in order to not be noticeable, we need to change forms." said "Mirabelle" as she transforms into a ball of light. "WOAH! You remind me of this cool alien friend I met! Glitz, I think!" said Gumball with enjoyment. "OH YEAH, MY MOM TOLD ME ABOUT--- ahem, really?" said "Mirabelle" curiously. "Uhh... yeah. How can I do that?" said Gumball. "Easy! Hold out your hand and close it into a fist." said "Mirabelle". Gumball did so, became a glowing ball of light and responded "COOL!"

Soon the weather gets muggy as rain pours over as our heroes do their best to get across the city ... and dodge the rain.

"OOH! AAH! EEK! OOP! EEP!" chirped Gumball as he tries desperately to dodge the rain. "Relax, you don't want to bump into any traffic..." said "Mirabelle" as she dodges the rain with moderate ease. "I'm trying but all this is way too much for---OOF!" said Gumball as she crashes into an innocent bystander. Gumball flies away and yells "Sorry!" "Gee, what on Earth was that?" said Jess.

Knowing how clumsy Gumball was, "Mirabelle" decided to take a break in a hole on the side of an old restaraunt. "Huff... huff... that was insane!" said Gumball as he catches his breath. "You crashed into like a million people and nearly caused a road rash!" said "Mirabelle" with a groan. "Sorry, I'm accident-prone." said Gumball as his ball-like body rests beside her's. "And it shows.." said "Mirabelle". The two rest in silence before they both dozed off into a deep sleep for the night. The rain continues to pour through the night as orange streetlights brighten up the city under a pitchblack ceiling of rainclouds.
